Our monthly plans require a three-month minimum for several reasons:
• It allows us to get to know each other and how we both work.
• It gives you better rates.
• Three months is a solid runway to get a lot of great content produced and out in the world.
• It allows us to secure the right team for the duration of your project.
• It’s the same length as a fiscal quarter so it offers you the flexibility to adjust according to business objectives.
All that being said, we’re flexible. If you prefer to work on an annual or project basis, we can create a custom plan for you.
Video and photo productions vary greatly in their scope and cost, depending on the idea and level of execution required. For example, a simple series of “How To” videos is very different from a full-blown musical number choreographed on the streets of LA. Once we settle on the winning concepts or direction, we’ll put together a full production estimate for you.
Absolutely not. With us, you always get a team of experts handpicked specifically for your project and needs. We also love collaborating face-to-face so expect to see us regularly in person or on video.
We will work very closely with you to create realistic timelines, determine how many hours are needed, and prioritize your projects. We will also have regular check- ins to assess progress and the hourly burn. If priorities change or scope is increased, we will address how best to move forward as a team, adjusting hours as needed.
We will work closely with you to properly scope out your projects and deliverables to maximize your investment. However, if for some reason, all the hours aren’t used in a given month, they are rolled over to the month.
Each team is created to match the specific needs of each individual client and project. Regardless of the specific roles team members may fill, you will always be working with extremely skilled people at the top of their game.
Yes, we do offer a discount with some of our higher level packages. With a larger investment, you’ll get more hours for less and benefit from the efficiencies that come with working with the same team for a longer period of time.
